The height of your piece will depend on how many characters are in your chosen word and the font selected, but our size options are as follows:
SMALL – length to maximum 30cm height to maximum 20cm
MEDIUM – length to maximum 60cm height to maximum 30cm
LARGE – length to maximum 90cm height to maximum 40cm
(Depending on the amount of text and font chosen, lengths and height will change depending on the maximum reached above first)

CARE INSTRUCTIONS (WOOD)
- Light hand wash only.
- Do not soak or use harsh cleaning cloths.
- Dry immediately and store in dry place.
- To maintain your item, we recommend wiping over with a food safe oil monthly.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS (ACRYLIC)
- Clean with a damp, clean cloth.
- Do not use anything abrasive, such as jif.
- Chalk pens and whiteboard markers work best.
- If using magnets on a magnetic item, be sure to slide the magnet off rather than pulling magnet off.
- Try not to drop acrylic items as they could break.

- Please allow a turnaround time of up to 14 days.
- Due to the custom nature of each order, no returns are accepted.
- When design proofs are required, they will be emailed within 5 bussiness days.
- All orders are shipped from Beveridge, Victoria.
- All wooden items may have slight variations in colour due to the layers and grain layout.
